This apartment offers you two bedrooms, the double one that has panoramic views of the sea, it has a double bed, two very cute tables, a built-in wardrobe, access to the balcony, an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower cabin and the other one that has children\'s furniture with a trundle bed cabinet with two 90 x 1\'90 beds, wall shelves to match the beds, built-in wardrobe and a beautiful colored lamp with fan.
The kitchen is quite comfortable with two work areas, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor fan, all matching furniture and with very good qualities, and when leaving the kitchen a gallery with washing machine, sink, drying rack and area to put cleaning products and tangles.
The living room consists of a good sofa bed, a TV cabinet, table and chairs with blue lamps and a large window with sea views, with access to the balcony.
The apartment is made with the highest quality materials and comfort, it has heating and air conditioning, radiators and a marine air decoration.
Access is prepared for the disabled and you can park both in the private garage space and on the street.
