This stylishly decorated, spacious three-bedroom apartment is situated in the brand new Velapi Residential apartments, centrally positioned between the towns of Los Alcázares, Roda and Los Narejos.



The main living space is open plan with a modern kitchen, a stylish dining room, which opens out into the beautiful living room area. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, Smart TV with channels from all over the world, including the UK.



The main bedroom boasts a super king-size bed with a large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. There are sliding patio doors which open up on to the terrace area with unobstructed views of Los Alcázares.

Enjoyable stay

Lovely apartment as described. Had accepted that check in time was stated as a rather late 5pm. However had to wait outside as cleaners still in until 5.30pm. Very disappointing after an early flight. Make sure you take physical keys out with you for return entry to complex. Unable to gain access twice. Electronic and phone app unreliable. Previous damage and missing items promptly dealt with by rental company. Has potential to be an excellent rental accommodation with a few additions required.
