Absolutely beautiful property, very attentive staff. My husband had a medical emergency on our first night there and the attention of quick thinking of staff we so appreciated. We were so impressed with how they continue to check with us daily making sure all was well. Our room was very nice, beautiful ocean views, lots a whale watching. Food was also very good.. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

This resort is AMAZING! I may be biased because I got engaged here but even before the engagement, we were in love with this property. First, SO CLEAN! Our housekeepers were amazing and I’m pretty sure came twice a day. Second, the facility is SO clean. Everyone is SO friendly and happy to be there and help in anyway. This was a Babymoon trip and I did not expect anyone to pamper me but my god. I got pampered without even asking! Also, I LOVED my mommy to be massage. My fiancé also got a haircut — lovely. The location is phenomenal. We only left the resort one day but the other days we relaxed poolside, got some spa time, and caught up on rest. The reception staff even remembered our name and so did the pool staff. The food was delicious! Most of the time resorts have bland or mediocre food when trying to cater to a larger audience but not here! This was our favorite vacation spot and I can’t wait to go back! We’re considering having our wedding here.

Hotel is dated. It’s very well maintained but still shows its age. Service is excellent around the pool. We were a big group and had late reservations to restaurants. We felt rushed and they kept pushing to serve us family style. When we gave in to family style, it seemed liked they were serving us leftovers. Nothing came hot. One of the restaurants has a fish of the day and sea bass on the menu. We asked for one of each and they said ok. They only brought out the sea bass and said the fish of the day is also sea bass. Since we were the last table, I think they just didn’t want to cook the fish of the day. That particular restaurant, all of our food was cold. Besides the late night restaurant waiters, the rest of the staff was amazing. I liked the fact that nobody was trying to sell timeshare and we didn’t have to wear silly wristbands. Spa is very expensive. We’ve been to higher end resorts that had way better spas. Marquis massages were the most expensive I’ve seen at a resort.

This resort is the textbook definition of “luxurious living.” From the moment I checked-in to the moment I checked-out (which I truly did not want to!), everything was perfect. Zero complaints. My room was gorgeous; there was a bathtub with jets, from which you could see the ocean or enjoy some tv. Insect-free. Comfortable robes and bed. Housekeepers made the place absolutely immaculate. Every dining option was heavenly, and they offer many wonderful mocktails for those who are alcohol-free :). Last but not least, the cabana experience was to die for - I spent alllll day by the pool, looking at the ocean, walking on the soft sand beach. And my waiter was very attentive. The spa experience was also wonderful - spent 6 hours total! I had a wonderful massage and enjoyed their amenities to the fullest; outdoor pools and hot tub, steam room, and wonderful tea. Overall, I have never felt so relaxed and refreshed in my entire life. 100% would book again and have recommended to many family members and friends. I’d live here if I could!
