Casa Friends is the perfect place to spend your Cabo Vacation. It has everything you need and the best part is it is BEACHFRONT! You are steps to the beach and the view from all 3 terraces are unbelievable. You will truly be at home and know that you picked the right property, when you walk into Casa Friends!

The house had a complete remodel in 2022. There are 5 bedrooms with all having their own ensuite bathrooms. The home provides plenty of space with the lower level offering 3 of the bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and laundry room. There is also a workspace with a desk, for those that need to work while on vacation. The terrace off of this level, provides a private pool with jacuzzi. There are several areas spaced out with patio furniture- table and chairs along with loungers. You will also find a built in BBQ area for those that enjoy cooking out! The 2nd level offers 2 bedrooms with an additional guest bathroom. The terrace off this level offers a fire pit with seating. There is a 3rd level terrace on the rooftop. You will find a spiral staircase from the 2nd level to the rooftop where this is additional seating and loungers to relax and soak up some sun!

There are so many options with this house to relax by the pool and watch the waves, take a stroll on the beach and watch the sunrise n the morning, go for a walk to downtown San Jose, or take some surf lessons!

The house was perfect for 12 of us on a bachelorette trip! It's even better in person than it looks in the photos and the location is great! Victor was easy to work with and took care of any questions we had right away, once we arrived. Great location, views and property!

This home was amazing to stay at with a large group of friends! There's plenty of rooms with King beds and it's right on the beach so you wake up to amazing views and surfers every day. The pool and hot tub were also great and the location on the beach isn't crowded at all (went in Oct) so it seemed like we had our own private beach. You can easily get to many of the great restaurants within 20 minutes. We would definitely stay again and look forward to it! Victor from property management was very helpful.

Fabulous family retreat

This is the perfect property for a family or group. There are so many seating areas, all with a view of the gorgeous beach just steps from the house. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for a family that likes to cook. We never wanted to leave! Victor, who was our contact during our stay, could not have been more helpful, responding to every request or question promptly and courteously. We rented this house for a family Thanksgiving trip. Needless to say the photos don't lie. If anything the home is even nicer. We used Benito to cook for us including Thanksgiving, his meals were amazing. We booked this house for a guys weekend and birthday celebration. This house is nothing short of AMAZING. It's so close to the beach, ample room for all 9 of us, great pool and jacuzzi. Absolutely amazing house with spectacular location!

We had the most amazing family vacation and this house was the reason. Kristen, Gloria, Victor and the rest of the crew were there for all our needs and made check in/check out effortless and stress free. We planned multiple activities- fishing, atvs, golf and a sunset cruise with private transportation to and from each activity that Kristen made so easy. The house was even better than advertised and was spotless with amazing views. If you are planning on going to Cabo, you must stay here. We will be back and will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you so much for all you did to make this our best family vacation ever.
