I arrived 2:00 pm, check in is 3:00 pm. I was tired and needed rest. Front desk person was slouched with vacant look. I asked if possible to check in early. She said no and there is $50 charge for checking in before 3:00 pm. Attitude was Don't care , take it or leave it. The mgr said it is up to Expedia to cancel with out penalties. I checked with Expedia chat. Online expedia called Hotel. I heard the clerk said penalties for cancellation. Lying in front of customer. Place was dirty, Parking lot, stairs and halls are dirty with trash litter. The place sucks the goodwill of the customers and staff alike. Management needs to hire people who care. Not just good at sucking up to the boss. Same front desk clerk went alive and gracious when Mgr is around. Lazy management, dirty facility, rude front desk people. This is a crappy hotel.
