Rooms were nice, location great. Night staff Karen, wonderful. Morning staff Tom's customer service, horrible. They came to my room twice and called twice before check out tome, then harassed us while taking our things down to our car. 8 minutes after 11am he complained about. . It takes time to get up and down the stairs and to make sure you dont leaves anything. He was disrespectful towards me and my wife. He has horrible customer service. Other than that, San Jose was nice. Jokoy shpw was amazing.

The staff at front desk was great.The housekeeper did not clean the room every day. When she did clean it we had the same bed sheets there was lots of hair in the bed on our first day upon arrival. The rooms are ok not the best. But they will do when everything else is booked during superbowl week. Would not stay here or wouldn't recommend it.

Our room was never clean or asked if we wanted it cleaned, and in order to get new towels we had to take the dirty ones to the feint desk for inspection and then they would give you new ones .. if towels were damaged then they would take it out of your deposit
