Everything great except the water system.

Good service and comfortable room in general. I did have two complaints. One was a loud, squeaky bathroom fan. That was fixed in the middle of my stay without me having to call or report anything, which was great. The other is water pressure and temperature issues. Unless you wake up early, don't expect there to be hot water for a shower. One day the water pressure was so low I couldn't even get the shower head to engage and had to bathe with the dribble coming out of the faucet.

Although the facility is older compared to the newest hotels in the city, the friendly staff and clean rooms made my stay very comfortable. The rooms are situated around the pool, creating a relaxing, vacation-like atmosphere—even on a business trip, which was a nice touch.

I actually would not be able to rate this stay as I was not able to stay at this property. While I received a confirmed reservation through Expedia, the hotel informed me after 8pm that they were fully booked. They did provide me a room at a sister property but it was over 15 miles away and resulted in an hour of additional traffic the next day. I do realize that there was an event going on in the area but that is the reason I paid an elevated premium rate for the location of this room. Disappointed that I was unable to rely on my confirmed reservation through Expedia.

It’s my second time there. Priscilla, the lady who runs the place during the day hours remembered me from the last time I was there. She was very helpful and got me in my room quickly. She was very considerate and made me feel at home. I ran into a few other staff members that were also very polite. I like the place the rooms are very cozy and everything worked plenty of hot water plenty of heat as the heater was in good working condition. There is a refrigertstor and microwave oven that work just fine plenty of fresh clean towels and linens it was just a great stay and a place where I’ll be going in the future.
