The property was incredible old and unattractive. The landscaping and area were seedy. The lobby had a smell, and the decorum was really bad. The rooms smelled awful. Like a damp, mildewed carpet. The property had an old, abandoned restaurant that made the hotel even more unattractive. The hotel needs a complete overhaul, or to be torn down and something more modern put in its place.

The property was very nice and the rooms were awesome. The only feedback is that there were no lights on the stair or area leading to the stairs. Kinda creepy and dangerous.

Room was clean and fairly quiet, but plain. No comfortable place to sit apart from the bed. TV kept freezing up. Would have appreciated more coffee packets and fresh towels for day 2.

It was overall great stay. Just stayed one night to be close to the airport, and the proximity and shuttle (Lyft) to it were great. Also enjoyed the hot tub. Only complaint was the shower didn’t work, but the staff were helpful with that as well.

I would came back

The customer service was great ! But when I got there there was rat feces in the bed the counter and the bathroom so they came and cleaned and took the poop. The house keepers have great communication skills and very polite good service overall.
