Just fine. Carpet in the room was pretty gross with some pretty obvious stains. We were traveling with dogs and it felt like we were in a “dog” room. The whole hotel needs to chill on the air fresheners, was an attack on the senses immediately entering the lobby. It was convenient in terms of proximity to the airport but nothing outstanding about it but also nothing super terrible.

It’s a 5-minute shuttle from SJC but very quiet (especially Sun, Mon, Tue per staff). I was in the lobby early for my 4:30 a.m. shuttle and the driver took me over, returning to make a second trip with another guest. My room had fridge, which was handy. The front desk person was courteous and welcoming.

This property is located perfectly near the airport without airport noise! The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The room design is one of the best feng shui I’ve been with the bed facing towards the large :) Great bathroom design… spacious with a large shower. Really comfortable and clean!

Very close to the airport, yet sound proofing is good, so no bother with noise. Sonesta provides a free shuttle both from and to the airport. They are prompt and courteous, and it only takes a few minutes from hotel to airport. Staff have been kind and efficient both times we stayed here. Rooms were clean and pleasant. You can tell it is an older structure, some aging, but nothing to keep us away. Just don’t expect the glitz of an expensive high style hotel. Beds have been very comfortable. And the price is reasonable for the area. We’ll stay again when we need a night by SJC.

Had two quick overnight stays. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Loved that they had 24-hr airport shuttle, and it’s extremely close to the airport
