Clean Room. Fine for the rate paid. However, it was a Deluxe King Suite with full kitchen. However, they offer no utensils, plates, cup, pans, nothing. Very odd that it was not mentioned in the listing that nothing was supplied. I went and purchased the necessities and upon return the power was out to the neighborhood. No lights no heat. Not the properties fault as weather was in the area. But, there was no one attending the property and the listed number for the property did not work. No way to check in or check out. Il ultimately left after 3 hours in the dark and contacted Expedia. I was rebooked at another property and was assured a full refund would be given.

While the room was not clean to my standards, it was satisfactory and the water heater did not have enough of a capacity to fill up the jetted tub.That was okay as well.The bed was very comfortable

Everything was great, only thing i could say was that we checked in at 5pm and there was nobody at the front desk or lobby until 30 minutes later when they all came at once. Everything was neat and tidy though, overall good experience :)

Greeting, was poor, had to be moved three times. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, toilet was filthy, lamp had thick dust on it. Hair on the floor, yuck!
