The house exceeded expectations. It was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Beds were comfortable. We had 4 generations staying a couple of the days during our stay. The grandkids had so much fun at the beach, which was literally across the street. Little bunnies on the front lawn were so cute to watch. Playing pool on the pool table was a plus and the books and games were awesome. The host was great, very friendly and helpful.

Douglas was a very informative and accommodating host. He was prompt with his replies to me questions and flexible with my request. The property is wonderful with an amazing view, and the location puts you within walking distance of everything you may want to do in Cayucos. Quick and easy access to the highway makes out of town activities very accessible. The Gathering Place itself has a well appointed kitchen and all the amenities amenities a group or family might require. Internet service was very solid. I recommend this property, and I will book The Gathering Place again myself.

The location of this VRBO is perfect! Walking distance to the beach, pier, food and best of all across from Cayucos Landing Veteran’s Hall. The main living space is spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean! The kitchen/dining area was clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool table.
