Mattress had no support. It was like a big marshmallow. Bad for lower back. Breakfast was fair at best. One morning I had warm shower and the next morning a cold shower at 5am!!! Since I was not competing with other guests at that hour for hot water, that is unacceptable. Everything else was very good. Room and hotel were very clean.

NO hot water and no follow thru to correct the problem or communicate regarding the issue. Also when we went up to request clean towels ….. no eye contact just shoved towels across the counter. Rarely greeted entering or leaving the hotel.

Front desk staff seemed annoyed that I checked in too early and then asked to store my bags, and then came back and asked to store more items. Checked in on a Sunday, Monday morning discovered there was no hot water, the GFI outlets in the bathrooms kept tripping and there were hairs on the shower walls that were not mine. I called and complained and they said they would send maintenance.

Condition of the hotel not kept up. Carpets were dirty in the room and it was obvious they let this hotel go. Uses to be a great place to stay. I would not choose it again and definitely not recommend it to friends and family.

4 different rooms were booked for a family funeral. All 4 rooms on separate floors had no hot water. It was luke warm at best. The funeral was in the pouring rain in 50 degree weather and not one person who stayed there from our family and friend party had a hot shower. My daughter was moved to a new room immediately because there were ants in the room. We didn’t know until the next morning there was no hot water.

I was using a cane and was very painful, and was given the very last room on the third floor. While getting my luggage in. On the second trip in, Leah, the manager realized I was having a very difficult time and she personally took my luggage to my room. During the rest of my stay I often saw her at the desk and I so much appreciate her help and kind words. One not so great experience was that the shower was cold\lukewarm for 3 out of my 5 nights. Miserable!

If you get assigned room 212 or any room near, ask to be moved. I got 212 and right above it is the lobby and breakfast area. It was loud till about midnight and then the noise was back in session around 0500 for breakfast. Other than that the hotel is nice.
