The room was pretty nice and very clean, which is what you expect at a Hilton. Only minor thing about the room was the shower curtain was a bit torn on the hooks. The 2 receptionist ladies I interacted with were great, very friendly. Cleaning staff was courteous. I'm only docking a star because of the dinner room service--the pork on the sliders was extremely dry and kind of hard and the sauce was on the side, which makes me think the meat was either microwaved or left out for a while. The steak was bland and came medium when I ordered medium rare, and they were out of the mashed potatoes option for the side (which was replaced with sautéed bell peppers, which were just fine). Unlike what you'd expect for a normal room service, everything arrived in a bag packaged in to-go containers with cheap plastic utensils, which was annoying for cutting steak and made for a cramped and unpleasant eating experience on an already sub-par meal. The best part of the meal was actually the dressing on the caesar salad, which was delicious.
