39 day hold on $100 room deposit after a four day

Had to wait to write this review to make sure I got my deposit back first... thirty-nine days later. I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was ok. Not great, but not terrible. The hallway, on the other hand smelled like a dirty diaper the entire time I was there. As bad as that was, it's not even close to the worst part. I understand holding a $100 deposit, but that should be released within a few days to a week after check out. They're going to tell you they release it within that reasonable period. What actually happens is something else entirely. I just got my deposit back 39 days after checking out of the hotel! I even called to check after a couple of weeks and they absolutely assured me they had already released it, and completely refused to even listen to me when I explained that the hold was still there. I travel to the central coast several times a year and I can assure you, under no circumstances will I EVER stay at this hotel again.

Overall excellent but the Hotel Sign is hidden ,not easily seen when u using gps , should be moved closer to street so easily visible especially for guests who travel from far and not used to the area . Receptionist was so nice and very accommodating .Very good customer service .

Spent a night here and was pleasantly surprised! All staff members were friendly, the hotel was clean, my room was wonderful, and the pool/spa area is like a little hidden oasis! Great proximity to the beaches nearby, will definitely stay again. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable place to stay.
