Our room had a section of the floor that dipped and made the bed uneven and, this, uncomfortable, especially for the person nearest the bathroom. Everything else was wonderful!

It is a small older property however everything had recently been updated. The room was spacious and clean. It was walking distance to the beach to restaurants and shops. Parking was free. My stay was very comfortable.

It is an affordable way to stay in the downtown Pismo area walking to most everything. Nothing fancy and room is very small, but fine for us mostly exploring around and just there to sleep and easy location to go back to change clothes in room from day to night. Everything in room was clean, had a mini fridge, microwave, new keurig, and outside ice machine near the office.

I loved how close to the beach it was and to near by restaurants. The unfortunate part, the refrigerator didn’t work, neither of the fans worked, the towels were disgusting. I had to go to Walmart to buy new towels and a cooler to keep drinks and food.

Couldn’t have the tv loud cause they said it was to loud at 3pm and only had the tv at 65 no towels or shampoo can’t leave the door open and when asked for the heater they say o now ur cold they were rude and wanted us to just leave if other rooms were available I would have

Very clean, appears to be recently refurbished. Super convenient location—we never needed to use our car the whole weekend. It is a modest, slightly older property with fridge, microwave, hairdryer. No AC, but at the beach you don’t really need it. We’ll be back!

Everything is great but the only down fall is that they dont have AC unit in any of the room but a fan. At night you don't need the AC on but there's people who like to have their room cold to sleep.

Everything was great as far as room quality/size. Remember you’re staying at the beach where there’s high traffic and people constantly staying. If it’s noisy it’s cause you’re at Pismo and you chose a motel/Inn. Perfect for basic amenities if wanting a budget friendly stay. Owners are welcoming and will provide extra towels or whatever you need upon request.
