Todo fue desagradable, aunque yo ya había pagado desde antes vía digital, el recepcionista no hallaba mi pago y ya era muy noche y estábamos cansados, hasta que lo encontró pudimos pasar, toallas deshilachadas y chicas, solicitando otra más no nos la dio porque era con costo extra. Habitación en mal estado, sucia, oliendo mal, cama con colchón incómodo, total ni nos bañamos porque nos dio asco. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

No era la habitacion que reserve, la regadera no servia, tiraba el agua por un lado, las camas en mal estado con la ropa blanca manchada y rota, pesimo estacionamiento, los cuartos no tienen privacidad ya que de un cuarto a otro se escucha todo me imagino que es por las paredes de tablaroca, el control de la tele no funcionaba tuvimos que prender y apagar la tele desde el aparato, no habia amenidades para el baño las toallas se veian muy usadas, en la noche entra una bomba que no deja dormir y ademas que el cuarto como no tiene ventilacion olia como a aceite o grasa. la verdad no lo recomiendo ni para una noche de paso, por ultimo reserve por la pagina y al llegar al hotel mi reserva no aparecia y ademas me querian cobrar mas de lo que decia en la reserva, una muy mala experiencia en esta ocasion. Que lastima por este tipo de lugares se pierde la confianza de reservar.

Las instalaciones algo ya descuidadas,se tenía la habitación limpia,pero ocupan renovación de muebles..la toalla proporcionada algo desgastada...vías accesibles,atención normal..colchón desgastado y la parte del baño hace falta mejorar los muebles
