You are not sharing the apartment, but there are commercial tenants in part of the building. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. You can walk to the river to tube, you can shop nearby, this location is special

Interesting, clean and comfortable space. Be advised: it is next door to a bar that plays music. The bar closes at midnight and the music stops then, but if you want to sleep earlier plan on bringing earplugs. Great proximity to the heart of town. Clean and comfortable.

Fantastic clean apartment in downtown San Marcos!

We loved our stay! The apartment is the perfect size and so cozy. It was so nice being able to walk everywhere in the square. And Brian was super nice and easy to communicate with!
