It is minutes away from Cal State San Marcos, wedding venues, restaurants, breweries, shopping centers, and 2 local hospitals. This home is also located less than 10 miles from San Diego's beautiful beaches, Legoland, Wild Animal Park, and many more family fun attractions. Whether its a short getaway or long stay due to work, this home is perfect for you
The space
The bedrooms are next to each other; the smaller bedroom is connected to the main bedroom. ( see photos). So basically you have to walk thru the main bedroom to get to the small one.
Guest access
Parking for two cars on the gated driveway. The driveway is shared with the granite flat/studio in the back of the house for entry only. Also a vacation rental.
