Villa avec de belles prestations mais inadaptée pour les enfants ..sur 3 étages... marches sans sécurité... balcons au 3 em étage avec baies vitrées... piscine sans sécurité le rideau ne fonctionnne pas et pour cause les murs et le sol du local technique sont imbibés d eau et le compteur dijoncte sans cesse Le tout étant très humide avec des infiltrations limite insalubre sur certains murs ...il faut vivre les fenêtres ouvertes Cette villa n est pas entretenue et comporte d' énormes visses de construction La vue est splendide certes... bien équipée...belles s d bain et chambres avec lits confortables et propres...deco sympa mais l humidité est un fléau et nous avions 3 enfants dont un bébé Ci-joint des photos qui parlerons d elle même Ana l hôtesse est très sympathique et disponible
Insalubrité de la façade
Local technique sous vide sanitaire totalement inondée Eau et électricité ne font pas bon ménage
Pas de rembarde de sécurité pour descendre à la piscine de la terrasse du 1er étage
