Saubere Ferienanlage mit viel Grün
Die Anlage macht einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Es stehen verschieden Bäume und Sträucher zwischen den Häusern. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Ost- und Westterrasse.
Positives:
Wir durften unsere Wohnung bereits um 14 Uhr übernehmen, statt 16 Uhr.
Die Wohnungsübergabe /-abgabe verläuft schnell.
Es ist genügend Stauraum durch praktische Schränke in der Wohnung.
Nette Hausmeister
Das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen (400 m).
Negatives:
Der Vermieter war unter der angegebenen Rufnummer nicht erreichbar, bei Fragen mussten wir zur Agentur fahren.
Die Küche ist notdürftig ausgestattet, so fehlten Basics wie Nudelsieb, Salatschüssel und tiefe Teller (wir hatten nur einen).
Die Waschmaschine ist nicht in der Wohnung, sie ist in einem Tiefgaragen-Raum für mehrere Mieter aufgestellt. Dafür gibt es mehrere Maschinen.
