Als erstes, die Wohnung war dreckig hoch 2. Beim öffnen die Tür kam uns die Spinnweben entgegen. Wir müssten jeder Ecke nachwischen. Die Wohnung war zu 100% seit dem letzten Jahr nicht mehr bewohnt. Es hat die nächsten 4 Tage nach verschimmelten Feuchtigkeit gestunken. Danach haben wir etwas mehr Lebendigkeit durch kochen, Lüften reingebracht und konnten die letzten paar Tage einigermaßen dort leben. Die Dusche ist reinste Katastrophe, 35 x 90 cm. mit einem Vorhang der ganze Zeit an dem Körper klebte (unhygienisch). Terrasse befindet sich außerhalb der Wohnung vor dem Eingang ins Hauptgebäude (man kann gar nicht die Ruhe) genießen. Jeder Schrank, Betten, Kissen Matratzen nach Schimmel gerochen. Also für das Geld was wir bezahlt haben, gibt es viel, viel, viel bessere Wohnungen. Wir haben zweite Woche durch den anderen Anbieter in einem anderen Wohnung die Zeit super verbracht. Ich würde demnächst woanders buchen, aber auf gar keinen Fall dieser Villa Codan.
