The condominium Mariagrazia, completed in May 2015, is composed of only four apartments, above an elegant clothing store. Two apartments are on the first floor and two on the second.
Each apartment has a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed + single bed, bathroom with shower box and towel warmers, a terrace overlooking the pedestrian street "Via Constellazioni" and another in a quiet position on south side.
The equipment is complete: every apartment has air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, large refrigerator with cell, Sat TV Led 32 ".
Reserved parking space in a private and fenced place 50 meters from the apartment.
In the weekly rental includes the beach service (umbrella, beach chair, beach bed).
