Beautifully furnished luxury ground floor self-catering villa, which has been tastefully decorated by the owner. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms this villa has one of the best floor plans in the San Andres resort. You will love the large kitchen and dining area, leather sofas and modern furnishings and of course the views of the golf course view that is fantastic! Enjoy breakfast on the terrace with views of the palm trees and lush green fairways of the golf course at Golf del Sur, and then at the end of the day watch the sunset over the mountains in the distance. A very relaxing location. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool, the pool area has sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

- Layout -

The living room is very comfortable with two sofa's, coffee table and a flat screen TV equipped with satellite TV channels. The living room and dining areas have air conditioning (chargeable). The large sliding patio doors leading to a terrace with table, six chairs and sunbeds. The kitchen and dining area is unique to this property and offers lots of space to cook and dine. The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect in a self-catering villa including, a refrigerator and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cook-top and oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer and a bar area with sliding patio doors out to the terrace.

Bedroom one has a king-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, ceiling fan, windows with shutters and views out to the golf course. A door leads you into the en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, window with shutters a TV and a Ceiling fan. Bedroom three has a set of bunk beds, chest of draws. Bathroom two features a walk-in shower/wet room, basin/vanity unit, WC. This property has limited handicapped accessibility.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!

Air-Conditioning is also available upon request - this is €5.00 per day.
