It was just okay. Even though I speak Spanish, and it seemed that the staff spoke no English they never explained what was included in the breakfast so I ordered extra, which was not very good. The coffee was very weak. They also insisted that I could not check in earlier than 3 PM however today when I was checking out or left the hotel at 10 AM and I had to go back at 11 AM. The room is already clean and available so why would they not or force me or anyone to wait for extra hours?

The Good: Great location on a quiet street walkable to entire historic zone. Off street secure parking. The property is beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. The Bad: The pool equipment was not operating, maybe due to the pool level not being high enough for the skimmer to work. The system ( pump, filter etc) was not turned on. Our room did not have any hot water whatsoever. not good if you need a shower before hitting the road. i would confirm hotel systems an amenities are operating before staying here again.

This little beauty is quintessential Mexican throughout! Arrived late and greeted by staff offering a lovely cup of tea to take off the evening chill. Fruit bowl, bun and cofffee was great the next day. It’s an adorable hotel with great staff!
