The room had no windows and was small which felt like prison but otherwise the room space was adequate for a two day stay. The hotel manager lacked in her understanding of the word hospitality. She was rude and condescending. She was not helpful or accommodating in any way, and was the tipping point that shifted our experience into a negative one. Great location.

The property was lovely and clean. I even got a massage and it was super relaxing. It is walking distance to pretty much everything you'd want to see in San Miguel. But I got to say, the highlight was the staff! They were always incredibly helpful! They immediately took our bags when we walked in and carried them to our room. There was always someone there to answer any questions or help us with something. Checking in and out was a breeze! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Great staff and property! Staff was super friendly. Miguel Angel would always help us carry our bags filled with items we would purchase throughout the day. Just a walk away from the center. I will be staying here on our next visit!

Perfect location from El Jardin and all festivities. Miguel and front counter ladies were excellent with us. Even rooftop bar with pool was nice and relaxing. Good view from above.
