We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was really good value and very comfortable for 4 adults. It is often difficult to book two different rooms at the same time but this arrangement made it possible. They are trying to sell these apartments and it is apparently a slow process. Check-in was with a security guard who was not very helpful. As I had stayed here before, I knew the process and knew how to argue in Spanish.

Clean! Convenient, Safe, and Secure! I especially appreciated having the coffee shop and restaurant right our front. Unfortunately our 3rd floor unit (309) which was street side had A LOT of street noise, especially early in the morning (4am and on)

NO HOT WATER TO TAKE A BATH. NO ONE TO HELP RESOLVE. ALL 4 OF US HAD TO LEAVE TO A FAMILY EVENT WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO HAVE A SHOWER - UNNACCEPTABLE... TV ON MAIN BEDROOM HAD 2 CABLE CONTROLS WITHOUT BATTERIES. REPORTED WITHIN THE FIRST 30 MINUTES AFTER CHECK-IN. STAFF COMMITTED TO RESOLVE, BUT DID NOT RESOLVE IT, SIMPLY LEFT FOR THE DAY AND NO ONE CAN ASSIST. WE EXPECT A REIMBURSEMENT TO A HOTEL WHICH HAS NO HOT WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER AND NO TV THAT CAN BE USED. WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO THIS LONELY PLACE.

Fantastic stay

Lovely property with modern and stylish interior. Equipped kitchen, washing machine. Comfy beds and two toilets. Spotlessly clean. Restaurants and mini shops closeby. Great value for money and I‘d happily return!

Excellent place to rest, do laundry, go to the gym. It is nice and spacious. A little far if you want to walk to the centro, better if you have a car. The folks that work here are lovely.

The apartment is very spacious and bright, even larger than it appears in the photos. It’s squeaky, clean and modern, with comfortable furniture and beds. It’s quite easy to find and access with a door code works well. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the central Plaza, in a safe area.

The property was conveniently located next to the bus station and the staff was great. The units are designed nicely, but do not have all of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay to include a shower mat, water doesn’t stay warm for long, cutting knives, bottle opener, etc. For the amount asking these should be provided. If these aren’t an issue then I would highly recommend.

Disliked: Check-in, communication
Check in was supposed to be at 3, but staff said we didn’t have a reservation. Eventually, they found it, but then they said they didn’t have a room. Again, eventually, they said they had a room, but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. We waited until 4:30 to be given a room and the cleaning staff were still there. We had to stand outside in the heat most of this time, and I have health issues, so we decided to cool and go for a swim. I have a medical service dog that I have to take everywhere with me, or I risk seizures. My dog was by the pool with me and they insisted that my service dog could not be there. It is actually illegal and discriminatory not to allow service dogs in any place in Mexico. They made me take my dog to the room, so I only felt safe to swim for a few minutes more and then left. There is no air conditioning in the room, only a big fan that was very noisy, even in the loudest setting. No hot water in the showers, no water pressure. The tvs didn’t work. The room we were given was not the same as the room shown in the listing. The balcony doors didn’t lock, which felt unsafe. I was surprised how much was wrong with this apartment, despite that it seemed relatively new. Also, we were not given a key to the outside rear of the apartment where we were told to park, so got locked out and had to wait for someone to show up to let us in. We have stayed in many places in San Miguel de Allende over the years, this was one of the worst.
