Honestly, one of the best places I've ever stayed. The tents are spacious and beautiful inside, there is a shower and hot tub. Breakfast and dinner were included in the room price and it was delicious. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I got a flat tire, but the hotel staff helped me put on the spare tire and took me to a repair shop where they patched the tire in 15 minutes! I’ll definitely be back!

My fiancée and I really can’t say enough about this entire place. The staff was amazing during our entire trip! From meeting Ana and Claudio upon our arrival to meeting the chef and his amazing kitchen and service staff (with a special shoutout to Naomi) to seeing the llamas every night at dinner…the entire experience was MAGICAL!

Lugar incrível para se hospedar. Como não fica na cidade, necessário carro ou táxi para se locomover. Roupas de cama e banho de altíssima qualidade. Equipe super amável e simpática. Único ponto que vejo como melhoria, apesar de não ser um defeito, seria o café da manhã que distoa do restante do hotel. Recomendo a todos!

O hotel precisa melhorar muito. Não existe experiência ao cliente, pouquíssima atenção aos detalhes que fazem a diferença. A instalação em si - sem nenhum defeito, porém somente isso. Um hotel nesse valor, deve entregar muito mais do que atualmente eles oferecem. O atendimento salva o hotel, são educados e solicitos
