Guests arriving at Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) must transfer via regional flight (17-minute trip) to the island of Ambergris Caye, arriving at the San Pedro Air Strip. The resort can arrange regional flights for guests; approximately USD 170 per person, roundtrip, will be charged. Upon arrival at the San Pedro Air Strip, a resort representative will meet guests and send them on the next available shuttle to the resort (surcharge): arrival and departure shuttles leave once per hour. Guests may also choose to take a 25-minute water taxi ride (surcharge) from Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) to the dock. Belizean shores was different from the resorts we’ve previously stayed at. But it exceeded our expectations in a good way. It was smaller, quiet but beautiful. it was an absolutely wonderful experience for us. The staff couldn’t have been kinder. We felt incredibly safe. The rooms were awesome, large and clean. Would definitely stay again.

The property was well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful resort with a tennis court, volleyball, corn hole, ping pong, pickle ball, and basketball. The pool was cleaned daily and is a great depth for kids to play. The view from each room is spectacular. You can fish, swim, and paddle from the beach as the resort as well. There were five of us and our upper suite never felt crowded. We enjoyed spending time at the resort and created many wonderful memories there.

We loved our stay!

Beautiful small, quiet, safe resort with a super friendly, talented staff! Caren, Esmerelda and Seleny in reception were so knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions ahead of time through WhatsApp and while we were there. They booked our hopper flight and the shuttle from the San Pedro airport, as well as snorkeling tours from right there at the resort. Our suite was very nice. Fully appointed kitchen, decorated nicely, super clean, with a very comfortable king bed. Loved the pool area and daily happy hour with Tua and Freddy at the swim-up bar! And also the fact that the sister resort would deliver food to the bar or our room, as there's no restaurant on-site. Rented our golf cart on-site with Ricardo, also very knowledgeable and friendly! Very close by was a little market with fresh produce, meats, etc, as well as a couple little restaurants right at the resort entrance. We loved it there!

The absolute FRIENDLIEST staff. Rooms were clean and so comfortable. Water is provided. Pool was clean and quiet, with plenty to keep the kids busy. Food next door and coffee across the street was delicious, drinks too. 10/10 would stay again. 5 of us in a suite, ranging from 6 to 74 years old and no complaints.

Very nice property. The walls in the rooms are a bit thin so you can hear anything going on in the next room. The kids loved playing in the pool and the giant chess. Good property for families.

The location was great. North of town but still close enough to lots of places to eat. Room was great except for bed. Views from the balcony were amazing. Food from the bar was good but slow. Concierge was amazing. Executions off the pier were also great. Pool was awesome.

Nice place, nice view and the staff is fantastic. Don't go at the nearest grocery store, they will rob you, but nothing to do with the hotel, other than they should stop recommending visitors to go there. I will go back to this hotel.

Everything about our stay was amazing, from the reservation to the airport shuttle to the property to the staff. They made everything so easy! Take the shuttle from the airport and rent your golf cart at the property. We loved that one of the highest rated tour companies docked at the property where we did 2 snorkeling tours and a sunset cruise. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub is hot. The sunrise from the property is spectacular. The grounds are exceptionally well kept.

Spacious rooms, well kept property, nice big pool and beautiful dock. Attentive and helpful staff, specially the check-in/concierge ladies. There is no restaurant on site, but complimentary coffee supplies were provided, as well as plenty of drinkable water. You can also order food to your room from a close by resort, or walk along side the beach and eat there and enjoy the beautiful setting there. The beach is not swimmable due to lots of debri, algae and a construction next door, but there are hammocks on the dock and on the clean sand closer to the resort.

Great staff, great stay!

We booked Belizian Shores based on the reviews. This hotel is great and very family friendly. The staff were all very kind, flexible, and accommodating. The resort has a great pool and our kids loved it. It also has nice grounds and great amenities; we didn't have time to enjoy most of them, but other families seemed to like them. We also really liked that they are beachfront and have a highly rated tour company (Tuff e Nuff) is a one minute walk on the dock. We booked two tours with them, both of which were great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

This was our 4th time staying here and we will definitely be back! The customer service is exceptional, the grounds are kept immaculate and the pool bartender Tua kept us happy and hydrated always with a smile!
