Excellent service from start to finish. All the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always attentive to whatever we needed. We arrived very late in San Pedro after a long day of travel with kids, and the staff were already waiting for us and ready to help. Check-in was super quick, and they showed us straight to our room. The room was huge, spotless, and honestly way beyond our expectations. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. The location is also a big plus—right across from Caribbean Sprinter, which made traveling so convenient. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. We truly felt taken care of from the moment we arrived.

Very fresh and clean rooms, updated modern decor. Fresh paint, clean! Super friendly staff and very helpful with recommendations. Nice dock for guests to use, great location to walk around. Did not know they had breakfast available, didn’t see any signs or indications of that. Very happy otherwise.

From when we first checked in until we got to our room, it was above and beyond service and very friendly and made us feel welcomed even check us in early. Great location for your first trip to San Pedro because of central location. Room was modern and clean. Staff very helpful. Had fans but no air conditioning so be prepared for warm nights. Has a real beach which is rare in San Pedro but no pool. Not best place to swim because so close to lots of boats but a little down beach are some ok places. Next to water shuttle dock and $10 taxi to airport Close to lots of great places to drink and eat. Can get noisy at night so be prepared for that. Also some mosquitos at night if you leave deck door open for breeze.

The room was spotless and the staff was great. We loved talking with Natalie at the front desk each time we left or returned. She was very friendly and extremely helpful in making great recommendations on where to go. Natalie provided a great first impression which continued through our 3 night stay. Nia & Russell were also great and friendly. We loved the full kitchen and made breakfast every morning once we were directed to the grocery.

This was a very relaxing and accommodating place to stay. The balcony looked over the ferry dock but the ferries weren't too busy so it didn't interfere with the view. The staff was wonderful and very attentive to anything I needed help with.

Having a balcony view of the water and a kitchenette was a real plus. The room had plenty of closet space, which was great. Very comfortable bed. Good size towels and nice walk-in shower. The staff here is very helpful and always greeted me by name when I passed through the lobby.
