Parham Plaza Hotel

It felt so warm and friendly, like it was family. An inviting little hacienda style hotel right in the center of town. Short walk to fun outdoor bars and dining. Local shops and beach right across the street.

The service at Parham Plaza is amazing, the manager of the office/grounds is always so helpful and friendly! The rooms are sufficiently clean, the property is beautiful and the location across from Central Park is really convenient! My favorite thing is the 3rd floor common area that has the best view and wonderful breeze, it’s nice to have a place to chill where no is is trying to sell you anything! The only slight downfall is that the property doesn’t have a pool or direct beach access so you’ll have to find your own spot to swim. But overall GREAT local hotel!

Great central location. Literally a 2 minute walk to the water taxi which is why I booked it for one night. I also loved that it was directly beside Elvi’s Kitchen which is a must for lunch or dinner of staying in San Pedro.

Oscar was amazing! So attentive to all our needs. The hotel is located right across from the ferry, very convenient. The entire staff at the hotel were friendly and professional.

It was too noisy in the morning and too noisy at night.Dogs barking all night long.So much golf cart traffic,it was difficult to walk along the streets as there were no sidewalks in most places.The streets were dusty and rubbish strewn.The beach area stunk because of the seawwed where as Caulker had each beach area cleaned by the owners or businesses

This place is so cute! Its definitely better than the pictures would have you believe. The location is perfect, but it's set far enough back from the street that I never heard any road noise. Very easy to navigate, and all the staff was very kind.

Unbeatable location, great room with very stylish decoration, fast speed stable wifi which I needed for my zoom meetings and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Great value to money, I highly recommend this place

It was nice to meet the owner and watch how talented of an artist she is and to talk with some staff. Good price and water and coffee provided. Overall a relaxed stay. Only negative was noise from club/dog barking.

It was in town, near ferry ,airport and great beach front restaurants. Best location ever but sometimes you hear music from near by restaurants . Staff was friendly and room was clean and spacious. TV had English channels and shower had great water pressure. AC worked really well. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Location was the best part of the hotel. Right across the street from the water taxi docks, and there were a lot of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The worst part is that there was a carnaval going on right in front of the hotel. There is also a night club right next door. The hotel is not equipped to block out any outdoor noises so we heard music from both direcrions until 1am every night.
