San pedro has 2 ferry terminals. International and domestic ferry. The locations are different. The place was 15 to 20 mins walk from San Pedro Belize ferry (domestic). It is near by the international ferry to Chetumal, Mexico.

Friendly staff, rooms were very clean, daily supply of 2 waters, coffee, tea and fresh towels. Each room has small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Also provided is an lockbox. Area on balcony to hang clothes to dry. Restaurants and shops all very near and a short 5 minute walk to dive shop. Air conditioning good!

Clean, safe with friendly service, and a nice room. Only nitpick is the mattress was a little too soft. Conveniently located near water taxis and bars and restaurants.
