Each bedroom has a king-size bed & its own private ensuite with 2-person vanities, large walk-in showers. In condo washer & dryer, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, & all cooking utensils. Three pools, gym, yoga and water aerobic classes, on-site bar(s), library, restaurant & store.

The balcony faces the ocean, not other balconies, so unobstructed views and privacy is guaranteed. It is also an end unit, so only one neighbour. Enjoy year-round sunsets, whale, pelican and dolphin spotting from the balcony due to its unique location.

The unit is adjacent to the beautiful adult pool, and is a 2-minute walk to the clubhouse, main pool, pool bar and the children’s pool.

While there is an elevator, being on the second floor, it is only a single flight of wide, non-slip stairs to access the unit.
