Not so good that I decided to cancel the next week stay. We arrived early and told us if we wanted earlier check in to pay extra $44. We decided to go visit the central Park but was hot. Came back approximately 1:30, they told us to wait until 3. I do understand their "policies" but we were tired that wanted to sleep 😴 but we waited period. Food, it wasn't amazing; It is like whatever.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The carpets were old and visibly dirty, and the bathrooms felt constantly damp. To make matters worse, the water was cut off during our stay without a clear explanation — we couldn’t shower or even brush our teeth. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere; there are definitely better options in the area.

I usually have problems with my allergies, and they are always open to change my room that maybe causes me an alergy. In SPS is one of the nices place to stay.

Extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reserved hotel had burst water pipes, and I was sent to a sister property instead. The new hotel was in poor condition—no functioning pool, no hot water, no AC in common areas, and terrible Wi-Fi. The staff was decent, but overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. Would not recommend.

Fine place to stay

In general is was fine stay considering the condition of the city. Staff was very friendly, though having trouble finding my reservation. But all smooth. If the rate can improve, it would have been fine. The downstairs cafe was great, they have everything you need. There is a coffee shop next to the hotel which is very helpful.

Disappointing, but friendly staff

The facility is not good in terms of being $86 a day in San Pedro Sula. In my frequent travel experience, it’s motel 6 kind of motel, rather than a hotel, and if it were $45 daily, it would have been acceptable. The hot water was constantly not working, it’s a hassle trying to shower. I wouldn’t recommend. It little cafe downstairs is a plus though.

I arrived at 1:00 pm and they told me that my room was not ready yet and that I had to check in until 3, even though the hotel was completely empty. They made me wait in the lobby for two hours and without air conditioning . Terrible customer service
