Holiday apartment in natural stone house with panoramic views near the small, characteristic village of San Quirico D'Orcia (4 km). The house with the former barn, the latter attached to one side of the farmhouse, consists of three apartments: ITS604-ITS605-ITS606. The house is situated on the slope of a hill with a wonderful view over the typical Tuscan countryside in the south of Siena and is part of a family business that produces an excellent wine. The entire property is in a quiet location and has simple yet attractive furnishings. Guests have a spacious outdoor area at their disposal, where they can also enjoy their meals al fresco. Possibility to rent the entire house under the reference number ITS607. The property is accessible via a 2 km long dirt road.



The centre of the small, characteristic town of San Quirico d'Orcia (shops of all kinds) is approx. 4 km away, Pienza 11 km, Montepulciano 24 km, Siena 45 km, Arezzo 65 km and Lake Trasimeno 60 km. The location is ideal for exploring the sights of Tuscany as well as the nearby region of Umbria.

Cute old stone house nice and quiet

Stay was amazing and perfect location just outside of town Check in process was a little different from the ordinary
 meet in town , waited thirty minutes for a woman to meet with us, hop in our car and drive to the property where she let us in and once again asked for passport photos to which I had already submitted per their request

L’hĂŽte Ă©tait distant. Nous avons parlĂ© a un traducteur par tĂ©lĂ©phone. Ne chercher pas l’adresse de la maison, c’est inexistant. Nous avions une adresse pour ramasser les clĂ©s au village a leurs boutique/ vignobles. Une fois arrivĂ©e, les voitures ne sont pas admises donc contravention possible Ă  recevoir par la poste. L’état des lieux nĂ©gliger, quelques toiles d’araignĂ©e et des bestioles Ă  l’intĂ©rieur..pas trĂšs invitant. Manque d’accessoires de cuisine( pas mĂȘme une pince pour spaghetti). Pas de poubelles. Il y a au total 3 sections de locataires dans cette maison. C’est bien isolĂ© entre chaque locataire. Les chaises d’extĂ©rieur Ă©taient rangĂ©es. C’est en ouvrant des portes extĂ©rieures que nous en avons trouvĂ©. Gazon long. Ils faut se rendre par voiture. Pas d’autobus dans ce secteur. Bref, la vue est spectaculaire mais malheureusement, trĂšs compliquĂ©e de faire le check in.
