The Marin Vista House is a private, gated 1.5-acre estate in a neighborhood designed for large-scale gathering and inspiration. Featuring 7 official bedrooms, + large open View loft as 8th sleeping area (*enjoys Plush velvet curtain privacy surround, but not soundproof).

All 4 bedrooms have private access to an expansive View deck with seating.

- Bedroom #5: 2 Full Size Beds
 (sleeps 2 - 4) / Fun and inviting room with two full size beds that sleep up to 4. Access to large viewing deck with seating.

This level serves as the home’s highest vantage point, where the architecture truly meets the horizon.
