Clean beautiful room except the baseboard and wall by the door and bathroom need to be cleaned. Otherwise I had a nice quiet stay for 3 nights, staff was helpful when I needed. Will stay again.

Property is disgusting. Sheets are stained. Tv did not work. Shower curtain is full of mold. No toilet paper or towels on arrival. Floor is sticky and nasty. Sonesta chain should be embarrassed. When I asked management why the hotel is so bad, their response was that it’s hard to manage and keep up a hotel. I would demand a refund if they would have given it.
