Pricing: Base rate includes up to 4 guests to keep the home accessible for small groups. For 5+ guests, there is a a per-person fee when your total guest count is entered in Vrbo.

Noise, Visitors & Security: For security reasons, no parties, no day guests, and no unregistered visitors. Please ask if you have any questions.
- This is a quiet residential community; loud music after 10:00 PM may result in a fine from residential security, for which the guest is responsible.
- There are 2 Ring cameras located in outdoor entry areas (front entry and outdoor parking).

Laundry - The laundry area is staff-only, laundry service is available upon request: $10 per load, washed, dried, and folded

Local Infrastructure - El Salvador’s coastal areas have a fragile electric grid and water availability; short power or water outages may occur in the neighborhood and are outside our control. We have a private cistern.

We are surrounded by lush, tropical nature! You may encounter insects, geckos, a lost hermit crab, or creepy critters, especially if screens are left open.
