There is a lot of construction going on around the mall so its kind of a mess outside and around the property. Self parking is free and is across the road a very short walk. The staff i have to say is excellent. Although i stayed one night, they allowed me to take an umbrella and a towel to the tour i was taking and returned it later that evening. The Staff there speaks very good english which is helpful to those of us handicapped by knowing only one language fluently.

We always come with my wife to stay here. But a king size option would be great. We had a problem with the construction on the mall and a noise on the roof because we were at the last floor so they rapidly change my room and problem solved

Very nice property with friendly staff. All were great but especially liked Noel for his friendly service. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we had easy access to laundry facilities. It was a short walk to a new shopping center with many stores and restaurants, as well as a theater. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Odd entrance, coming in off the street into a very small with stairs and an elevator to get to check-in. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Excellent breakfast buffet with a good combination of local and international food options. Lots of fruits. We were thankful for a washer/dryer being available. My only disappointment, we were on a lower floor, where our view was mostly air conditioning units, partially blocking a nice volcano view. Very close to the MultiPlaza Mall with many restaurants and high-end shopping opportunities. Recommend.
