More than just a house, this modern home in gated parque residencial in Atami is named Casa de Teresita in honor of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She held a deep, lifelong love for the culture and beauty of El Salvador—our 'Cuscatlán.' We have renovated this space to reflect her spirit of hospitality.
She cherished the warmth of its people, the richness of its culture, and the natural beauty of its coastline.

The community has Access to the Leona beach and El Palmarcito Surf Break beach, saltwater pools and breathtaking views from the cliff.

Great bungalow, great host

The property and bungalow are exactly what I was looking for. 2 walkable beaches, close to good surfing, food, and culture. The host is friendly, kind and helpful. Loved my stay.

Great experience

The Carlos the owner makes you feel like Family, very accommodating to your needs. The property is in a great location lets you have the experience of mountain and the beach life. The confort and security we experience was priceless and it truly makes you enjoy your stay.

A Nice Bungalo

If you're looking for the Waldorf Astoria, this is not it. However, the property was just as advertised, surrounded by beautiful and luscious vegetation. The area is surrounded by nature, parking is secure behind a gate, and it is very near several restaurants and beautiful beaches. Minor glitches were responded to immediately by the owner, and we were very pleased with the service!

Great property! Would stay again.

The house was very spacious, decorated & furnished nicely, and the added security of the neighborhood was comforting. The pool was the best feature. Carlos was an excellent host, very responsive, and went above & beyond to be accommodating. Disclaimer: there is no hot water, but this seems to be common throughout the country. Door mats would also be helpful since the rain created mud that would be tracked into the house.

Great value - great host

Carlos was very accommodating and made sure our stay was pleasant. He responded promptly to all of our concerns. The house itself is comfortable and a short walk from the beach.
