A good place to stay, good restaurant. Very nice staff. Needs a few updates. Small recommendations, hooks in the bathrooms for towels and a mirror in the room so you can get ready with more light especially if someone is in the bathroom.

Staff amazingly kind and friendly. The landscape clean, fresh, and amplious. Good control of noise and volume of events happening in the facilities. Clean floors. Good menu. Garden well maintained. The shower of the bathroom has good space and hot water. What to improve: bed sheets and towels were clean and washed but as some have permanent stains or over used. Guests should have reserved parking when external people attend the events/activities at the hotel. The furnitures at the drop-off are not in good conditions. Minimum bathroom space.

This is not an all-inclusive hotel. The menu is limited, and if you want drinks, you have to pay. No soap or shampoo was provided. The towels were clean but stained. The room walls were scratched and dirty.

Everything was excellent except for the laundry facilities as it stated in the Expedia app they do not have one and they charge $2 per jean or shirt but not both nor a load so that was very inconvenient since I booked this place for this reason.
