Lack of Cleanliness

Expectations were high as one of the most important factors of renting a property is to arrive to a clean place and that was not the case for me and my family. There is a book of guidelines and suggestions at the entrance and suggested to take your shoes off and we did as that’s what we’re used to at home as well. However, the floor was dirty our soles were black within a few minutes. The main shower had a dirty floor, dirty towel and no hand soap. The team sent someone to clean on the next day and were very attentive and supportive. Location and communication were great!
