Room was nice. I would have liked a light over/near the desk to see better while using the desk; but I no problems with the room. Property had no breakfast or on-site dining. And reasonably close dining opportunities were limited. It had decent access to the Coast. The young lady at the check-in desk was very pleasant and helpful, and cheerful facilitated an early check-in. She made the stay a delight.

This hotel was average. Nothing special. The beds were very soft so if you like a firmer mattress this isn't the place for you. The bathroom is very small, no counter space to hold anything. That was a bummer with 4 people. The shower water pressure was very light. The Internet continued to disconnect. The ocean view is OK but there are a few condos right in front of the windows so it is a pretty obstructed view. You're far enough away you can't really hear the ocean waves. The front office lady was friendly at check in but when I went in at a later time to ask a question she seemed a little annoyed. Also there was no one that came to check us out. I waited, no one ever came. It was a quiet property. We've stayed at 3 different hotels in this area. This was our least favorite. We won't be back.

The bed is amazing! Comfortable and cozy. Our room had an ocean view, and the window is spectacular. Fan above the bed & 2 end tables with plug in capability. Would have enjoyed a nice easy chair to fill out the large room. TV worked after a bit of coaxing. Not too many channels available but there is pay per view. Heard conversations in other rooms because the walls are thin. Nice bathroom but some towels had holes in them, ripped shower curtain. Water pressure was basic, slightly above minimal pressure. Coffee pot worked but there is no decaf coffee available. No elevator to the 2nd floor. Parking is available.

Horrible service & staff. I had forgot & left an item of sentimental value in the room after checking out. With in less than 24hrs of checking out I called to report the forgotten item & got no help what so ever from front desk service. When reporting the forgotten item, front desk had no idea who cleaned the room nor have any records of who clean the room. Which leaves me to believe either staff or house keepers took the item. Nice hotel but poor staff & will never stay here again. This is my first bad review I’ve ever had to give a property I stayed at ever!

Stay was good. Only complaint was the tv had to be reset twice, and couldn’t get closed captioned off screen. This never happened before. Otherwise the room was comfortable and nice as usual.

Nice location

I stayed a night at this hotel everything was great up until I needed to check out the office times says they are open at 7:30am I went to check out at 8:30 am and no one was in the office and it was not open . I was not sure what to do with the key I did eventually leave it in the room . Customer service could be better but it was a nice stay and would use them again
