Ceiling fan 3 positions above the bed which is made for you on arrival. Radio USB Bluetooth. The apartment has a balcony with patio doors where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the lake. Two chairs and a table on the balcony. Screens on the outside. There are two comfortable swivel chairs with a stylish round table in the living room. From here a beautiful view over the lake, the mountains and the town of Bellano. Work desk with chair in the living room. Drawers for your stuff. Reading lamp and plug next to the bed.
In the information folders you will find a lot of information about the area. Reading books are available in French, German, English, Dutch, Swedish and Italian. Chess game and deck of cards available. The hall and living room are separated by charming Louvre doors giving it a romantic colonial atmosphere.
In the hall you can hang your coats and there is a wall mirror with a shelf for small items.

Tea towels are included.
The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via a wide staircase or by elevator. There is an intercom that allows you to open the downstairs access door. There are two beach chairs and a beach umbrella available for you.
