The monumental mountains in the background only complete the panorama. Surrounded by a large park containing a beautiful lawn with century-old trees, the villa has been recently renovated while maintaining its former glory. Inside the park you will find a large private swimming pool (8 x 5 x 1.5 meters) equipped with sun loungers, together with an exclusive tennis court. Guests also have at their disposal a private mooring at the port of Santa Maria Rezzonico.
The villa is suitable for hosting large events such as weddings, meetings and parties.

The property is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in the rooms, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, bathroom with Jacuzzi and central heating. The villa is also suitable for hosting large events such as weddings, meetings and parties. It represents the ideal place for large groups of people who want to spend an unforgettable holiday of relaxation and fun.

The villa is located in a small hamlet in the municipality of Menaggio, in the middle of Lake Como. The closest village is Molvedo which can be reached on foot (400 metres) or by car (1km). There you can find the post office, a bank, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a bar and a restaurant.
Lake Como is famous for its lush vegetation, mild climate and beautiful villas.
Como, with its cathedral and ancient churches, is 43 km away. We recommend taking the cable car up to Brunate for a truly spectacular panorama.
In Cernobbio (40 km) is Villa d'Este, one of the famous 5-star hotels on Lake Como. Another pretty lakeside town, located on the opposite shore, is Bellagio, the "pearl of the lake" with its cobbled streets, breathtaking views and magnificent villas.
To reach Bellagio you have to take the car ferry from Tremezzo (13 km).
Sports lovers can enjoy:
- water skiing in Lezzeno on the other side of the lake at 50 min. from the villa
- motorboat rental: Menaggio 10 mins - Dongo 10 mins.
- windsurfing: Menaggio – Cremia - Dongo – Domaso – Gera Lario

- golf: Several Golf Clubs in the area - Menaggio Golf Club, in Grandola, is the closest at 20 min.

Swimming pool heating (except during this period: from May 9 to September 19): 5,00€ per hour: in order to reach the minimum water temperature of 25°C, it is necessary to turn on the heater 24 hours before the guests’ arrival in mild weather. If the weather is colder, the minimum necessary heating time is 48-72 hours. Once the minimum temperature is reached, a minimum 4 hours per day of heating is required to maintain the temperature.

The luxurious villa for rent (790 square meters) consists of a main building which is divided into 4 floors and a separate annex.
It can accommodate up to 16 + 4 people for a total of 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
The ground floor of the main building opens with a large atrium that leads us to the living room with fireplace and direct access to the garden from which you can admire all the beauty of the famous Lake Como. This is followed by a formal dining room, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge and oven and a spacious games room/veranda enriched by a ping pong table and table football. Finally, available to customers, upon request and at an additional cost, there is also a double bedroom with a bathroom (including shower) and a window overlooking the games room.
First floor: reserved for the bedrooms, divided into 2 double rooms facing the lake and a double room facing the garden. All rooms have a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. The first 2 rooms share a luxurious furnished terrace.
Second Floor: There is an additional recreation room, enhanced by a billiard table overlooking the lake, and 2 more bedrooms. The first with lake view and private bathroom (huge shower and Jacuzzi tub), the second with garden view and private bathroom (shower and tub).
Third and top floor: there are 3 bedrooms: 2 with private bathroom (shower) and lake view, one with private bathroom (shower and tub) with garden view. On this floor, 2 additional beds can also be added at an additional cost.
Annex: Finally, there is also a separate annex which can accommodate 2 more people, consisting of a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

All rooms (which can be prepared with double or single beds) have large size beds, air conditioning and private bathroom.
