The Encanterra Business office allows transfer of full Social Membership privilege's needed to use pools, Club, recreational activities except Golf for a one time transfer fee of $580. Golf cart provided in the garage for use around the neighborhood. You must be accompanied by a Golf Member in order to use the golf course. Golf Course access is not included otherwise.

Everything about the property and the community were excellent. Highly recommend it for both couples and families. The communication with James who owned the home was on point and was available for anything we needed. This is a home i will rent again.
