Das Objekt (Wohnung) liegt in einem großen Komplex mit mehreren Häusern und Stockwerken. Von den Fotos in der Anzeige könnte man davon ausgehen, dass lediglich noch eine Wohnung darüber liegt. Dem ist nicht so. Insoweit ist die Privatsphäre im Gartenbereich nicht gegeben. Will man sich draussen aufhalten, hat man ununterbrochen andere Urlauber, die einem auf den Tisch schauen. Extrem! störend war die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Man hört vom Treppenhaus und den anliegenden Wohnungen jedes Geräusch. In der Nacht sehr störend. Ich habe selten in einem Urlaub derart schlecht geschlafen. Badezimmer: Den Duschkopf musste man abmontieren um einigermassen Druck zum Duschen zu haben.Küche: Geräte waren tw. neu und sehr gut Die übrige Ausstattung (Schränke etc.) wurden als Design- Vintage bezeichnet!?? Man könnte auch "anders darüber denken"Der verhältnismäßig hohe Preis wird mit der Lage des Objekts gerechtfertigt. Nun ok, 3 Minuten zum Strand, der von uns mit kleinen Kindern jedoch aufgrund sehr vielen Steinen und Steinplatten nicht genutzt werden konnte (im Public beach Bereich)Insgesamt würde ich die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen und diese auch nicht mehr buchen.
