Beautiful villa with private access to the beach Villa Acquamarina is located on the most beautiful stretch of beach of San Vito Lo Capo, with sea view and a large garden where you can spend pleasant moments. The villa has direct access to the beach. It is accessed by a large garden that surrounds the villa, where it is located: a large kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with large shower. Ascending from a spiral staircase, we find three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The property includes a large equipped garden where there is a brick barbecue and a large veranda/solarium.
The villa is undergoing internal renovation.
Upon arrival, tourists will have to pay the tourist tax of €2,00 euros per person per night (children under 10 years do not pay).
