A lovely holiday villa

A comfortable well equipped house situated in a marvellous position in the very centre of Sanary close to all shops, restaurants etc. & only one minute from the harbour. Sanary is a busy, lively resort with lots of activities but also unspoiled. The house is peaceful & quiet with a nice pool & garden. The garage is a major advantage & is only an easy 10 mins. walk away We can strongly recommend this house & we hope to return some day.

Lovely house in every way!

We (6 persons) spent a lovely vacation in this beautiful and charming house in Sanary. The garden (and swimming pool) are a perfect hangout during the hottest hours of the day. Even though the house is located close to the centre of the village (and the beaches) the back yard and bedrooms are very calm and quiet! The town of Sanary is a small, laid back and charming town and this house is a perfet spot to spend a vacation time in. I can highly recommend it!! Don't miss out on superb wine and delicassy restaurant "impressions 2 vins" on the same street!

The hidden house

Easy enough to get to but no nearby parking.My son was taken to a multi-storey car park approximately 7 minutes away. We were then let into the house by M.Duclos who lives at No 16.Entrance to the house is through his lobby and outside the house door are loads and loads of wood ,electrical appliances needing repair and a multitude of other detritus Not altogether very welcoming.The house is rather tired In appearance but comfortable outside ,nice pool and loungers.We were there for three nights,lovely restaurants,great food.Went to Bandol with Uber taxi again great food.We enjoyed our stay as long as you closed your eyes to the mess at our door.

wonderful villa in the heart of Sanary-sur-Mer

Beatrice's villa looks idyllic in the lead photograph in the listing and doesn't disappoint. The garden is pretty and a good size for a town-centre property, the swimming pool traditionally constructed from limestone and rendered walls is delightful, the planting simple but effective - with a lovely bourgainvillea over the terrace area, and - of course - charming shutters to shade all the rooms.The interior is plain and simple in it's decoration and furnishing and SO well equipped! The rooms all a good size, and a large dining area is mirrored outside by two dining areas on the terrace.There was a short delay in receiving our instructions about how to access the villa prior to arrival, but once there we met the neighbour who was so helpful both then and throughout our stay.Sanary-sur-Mer itself is a very lovely French seaside town. It's municipal planting and public areas couldn't be better, the marina balances rather than dominates the old port, there's a really excellent DAILY market, many great shops. All the local people we met were friendly and helpful without exception.And Beatrice's villa is a step away from all this, yet such a peaceful retreat. All-in-all it offered us a wonderful holiday. Thankyou Beatrice - and Jean-Jacques!

Ruhiges, modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus im Zentr

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Zentrum von Sanary. Es ist sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und fĂŒr alle BedĂŒrfnisse sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat einen gepflegten Garten, Pool und Terrassen fĂŒr einen angenehmen Aufendhalt. Ich habe die folgende e-mail an Mr. Melin gesandt: Dear Mr. Melin, we are back from a very satisfied week at Sanary. We found at 16bis rue Lauzet AinĂ©, after passing the peculiar entrance, a little paradies. You really can be happy, to own such a nice house and garden in the center of Sanary. Every suggestions we had from your advertising at fewo-direct or abritel and the situation of the house we have seen at Google-earth, we found at the best fulfilled. We have not any reason for negative criticism and so we will say thank you very much for the hospitality. After 50 years since our first vacation at Sanary, of course a lot was changed, but Sanary is still the nice site we remembered. We could visit even our holydaycamp at the rocks of Port Is

Ein wunderschöner Ort. Das Haus, ganz ruhig gelegen, mit gemĂŒtlichem, ruhigem Gartenbereich. Und trotzdem in unmittelbarer NĂ€he vom Hafen, dem AltstĂ€dtchen von Sanary.Perfekt fĂŒr unsere Familie, die Kinder waren auch ganz begeistert!Sympathischer Kontakt mit BĂ©atrice und mit Jean-Jacques.Das Einzige, was nicht geklappt hat: Der Pool war nicht funktionsfĂ€hig... Hat uns aber nicht zu stark enttĂ€uscht, wir waren sowieso mit den Kindern lieber am Meer.Danke! Gerne kommen wir irgendwann mal wieder!

Wundervolles Hinterhaus direkt am Hafen

Der nette Nachbar Jean-Jaques begrĂŒĂŸte uns herzlich und half uns beim Ausladen des Autos. Gemeinsam fuhren wir dann in das nahegelegene Parkhaus, wo unser Auto die Woche ĂŒber stehen konnte und er ĂŒberließ uns seine Parkhaus-Karte. Das Haus liegt wunderbar still im Hinterhof und der windstille Garten ist ein Traum. Man sollte allerdings das MĂŒckenspray nicht vergessen. Die drei BĂ€der waren sauber und die gemieteten HandtĂŒcher dick und flauschig. In der KĂŒche standen zwei Kaffeemaschinen zur Auswahl: eine altmodische Aufgussmaschine und eine Industriemaschine. In und um Sanary gibt es viel zu sehen: NatĂŒrlich der schöne Hafen, die Promenade und die schmalen GĂ€sschen der Altstadt; dann das nahegelegene Le Castellet, wo man einen wunderschönen Ausblick ĂŒber das Hinterland hat; Aix en Provence ist nur ca. eine Autostunde entfernt und die Calanques von Cassis sind atemberaubend.

Charmante maison au cƓur du village et du port de Sanary pour un sĂ©jour des plus agrĂ©ables.

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec nos enfants et petits enfants.Le jardin est trÚs calme avec des coins ombragés à toutes les heures de la journée .La piscine est un vrai plus.

Son emplacement est son atout majeur, proche du centre ville, du port et d’une plage, dans un environnement calme. Cependant, l’accĂšs Ă  la maison par une courette, vĂ©ritable dĂ©barras, n’est pas trĂšs accueillant, voire dangereux. . Le pourtour de la piscine est en cours de travaux (tous les joints de carrelages n’étaient pas faits), d’oĂč la prĂ©sence d’une bĂ©tonniĂšre au fond du jardin nĂ©cessitant une attention constante de l’enfant de deux ans. Par ailleurs, l’annonce devrait signaler que la salle et salon sont trĂšs bas de plafond.

Vacances sans voiture

TrĂšs belle maison au cƓur du centre de Sanary. Le calme et le frais quand on est dans le jardin autour de la piscine et l’animation du port dĂšs qu’on sort de la maison. Tous commerces Ă  proximitĂ©. La maison est vraiment bien Ă©quipĂ©e et fonctionnelle. Ayant louĂ© beaucoup de villa sur Sanary, celle-ci est vraiment trĂšs trĂšs agrĂ©able. Jean-Jaques, le voisin qui s’occupe de l’accueil est vraiment trĂšs sympa et disponible (mention spĂ©cial pour son apĂ©ro, ses confitures de figues et son pointu sur le port). Je mettrai juste un petit bĂ©mol sur le prix Ă  la semaine que j’estime un peu trop Ă©levĂ© par rapport au marchĂ© mais rĂ©servation faite en connaissance de cause car nous voulions une piscine et rester dans le quartier de portissol. Le supplĂ©ment parking devrait, par exemple, ĂȘtre intĂ©grĂ© dans le prix de la maison Ă  ce prix.
