Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und Herr Erpelding war stets ansprechbar und hat sich gekümmert.Bonus für die heißen Tage: Beide Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlagen ;)Sehr zu empfehlen!

Très belle et charmante maison restaurée, très dépaysante dans un cadre magnifique.. Des hôtes sympathiques et attentionnés. Des chemins de randonnée depuis le pas de la porte. Un excellent séjour enchanteur.

Gemütliches und schön eingerichtetes altes Haus mit scghönem Meerblick

Wir verbrachten hier eine wunderbare Woche inmitten der Hügel - inklusive schönem Meerblick -in unmittelbarer Nähe von Bandol. Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschieden (am Ende der Strasse und noch ein bißchen weiter :)), wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig...dennoch ist es verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden, die Ausflugsziele und Strände der Umgebung sind von hier aus problemlos zu erreichen. Das Mas Sainte Trinide ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war für uns vier von der Größe her genau richtig bemessen. Angesichts der Hitzewelle, die wir mit erleben durften, war die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern sehr, sehr hilfreich und unverzichtbar! Hr. Erpelding ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Vermieter, war bei aufkommenden Fragestellungen sehr gut erreichbar und bei Bedarf schnell vor Ort.

Geweldige plek met fantastisch uitzicht

Wij verbleven hier twee weken met twee kinderen en hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Het huis is heel mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien, de airco in de slaapkamers is heel fijn. Het huis kijkt uit op zee met een fijne plek om de schaduw te zitten in een rustige omgeving. Meneer Erpelding is zeer vriendelijk. Een top vakantie!

Formidable séjour, site exceptionnel

La maison est très propre, très bien équipée, joliment décorée, confortable (la clim dans les chambres est un vrai plus), le propriétaire très sympathique. La terrasse ombragée par une treille sur laquelle pousse une vigne est agréable quelque soit l'heure de la journée, a une belle vue sur la mer et est ouverte sur un environnement naturel : magnifiques oliviers, pins, agaves, plantes aromatiques et donc odeurs associées. Endroit parfait pour se ressourcer.

Wunderschönes provençalisches Weinberghaus mit Blick auf das Meer

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail restaurierten provençalischen Weinberghaus sehr genossen. (Die Bilder hier können die Details und die Atmossphäre kaum einfangen). Die Lage im Grünen und der überall vom Haus und Grundstück aus gegebene Weitblick auf das Meer sind wunderbar. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt in die Berge wandern und von dort über das weite Land schauen. Herr Erpelding ist ein äußerst zuvorkommender und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar ist und viel Spannendes über den Ort und die Gegend zu erzählen weiß. Wir haben uns auch in dieser Hinsicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen!

La location est en tout point conforme à l'annonce, bien équipée, au calme, vue mer, la localisation est parfaite pour les visites, tous commerces à proximité. Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires qui sont restés très disponibles pendant notre séjour Bref, je recommande cette location !

1 semaine de calme et de douceur

Charmante maison provençale, au calme, à quelques minutes de la mer (plage de Sanary sur mer et Bandol). Un très bon acceuil. Les proprietaires sont charmants et ont été très attentifs à notre bienêtre. Maison trés bien équipée et propre. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location.

Een klein paradijs met een knus, compleet en liefdevol ingericht huis.

We (gezin 4p) hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het huisje is met veel aandacht en heel compleet ingericht en biedt veel privacy. De betrouwbare en vriendelijke eigenaar spreekt ook engels en duits. Strand op loopafstand als je van wandelen houdt (bijna 3km, mooi hardlooprondje), natuurlijk veel stranden in de buurt voor afwisseling. Wij hebben veel gezien bij het snorkelen bij Liouquet. Supermarkt met benzinepomp op 5 minuten. Tuin/terras met voldoende schaduw. Wij hebben geen negatieve punten: we bevelen dit huis van harte aan! Nous (famille de 4 personnes) avons apprécié notre séjour. Le chalet est meublé avec une grande attention et très complet et offre beaucoup d'intimité. Le propriétaire fiable et sympathique parle également anglais et allemand. Plage accessible à pied si vous aimez marcher (presque 3 km, belle piste de course), bien sûr de nombreuses plages à proximité pour la variété. Nous avons beaucoup vu lors de la plongée en apnée à Liouquet. Supermarché avec pompe à essence à 5 minutes. Jardin / terrasse avec beaucoup d'ombre. Nous n'avons pas de points négatifs: nous recommandons vivement cette maison!

Pas en hiver, peut-être en été...

Le positif: De l'extérieur, belle maison à l'écart, au milieu de la nature et possibilité de belles ballades en montagne. En été, belles terrasses et beaucoup de terrain avec une très belle vue. calme et tranquillité. Chambres spacieuses. Le négatif: Cette maison est sans doute agréable en été... Mais, en hiver, il y a vraiment un problème de chauffage (il va ou ne pas pas, se déclenche pendant la nuit et ne va pas en journée) et ce malgré l'intervention du propriétaire. Pas de possibilité de régler les radiateurs donc on a très chaud ou froid. Et pas de possibilité de se laver tous les jours à quatre....Pas de luminaire au plafond, des lampes de chevet sont dispersées dans la maison. Nous avons eu un petit problème de coupure de courant électrique. Le lave-vaisselle ne lave pas correctement. Toute la vaisselle a laver en arrivant. Une TV minuscule, de la taille d'un petit écran d'ordinateur avec une seule chaîne en français. le propriétaire a tout de même fait de son mieux mais ces vacances ne sont pas un bon souvenir.
