Treat yourself to a wonderful stay in our lovingly and completely newly renovated Panoramablick-Rhön holiday flat, which is your perfect retreat in the quiet and idyllic location of Sandberg. With a successful combination of comfort and modern ambience, the flat is perfect for 2 to 4 people who want to spend relaxing days at the foot of the Kreuzberg. With its spacious balcony and fenced garden, the accommodation offers a unique panoramic view and creates a place where you can find peace and relaxation.

The interior of the flat was freshly renovated in 2020 and boasts a modern and bright design. The spacious, open-plan living-dining area includes an elegant living area and a sideboard with a flat-screen TV, accentuated by a decorative accent wall. Convenience is ensured by the extensive equipment in the fitted kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a Nespresso tab machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. The dining area with a cosy sofa, a dining table for four and a wall cupboard full of books and games guarantees sociable hours.

Outside, a covered terrace invites you to linger, complete with wine and delicious food, a table with chairs, two sun loungers, a large lounge and a charcoal barbecue. The private large garden with lawn invites you to relax in the open air, and for your convenience there is a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer available for a fee.
