**NOTE: Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.

Highly recommend. Beautiful, newly newly built condo with great amenities (hot tub, pool). Very convenient to ski to Schweitzer as well as downtown Sandpoint. We will be staying again! Also, very flexible - allowed us to rebook without additional cost when a cold freeze shut down the ski resort for the weekend.

Extremely beautiful location and property. Unbelievable views. Great amenities. Rooftop hot tub, pool, grills, lounge were outstanding. Easy access, impeccably clean. We stay at VRBO's several times a year and this is by far the best condo we've ever stayed in 15 years.
We loved staying here, the home is fully stocked and the views are amazing!
The mattresses could be more comfortable least the master bedroom mattress. The shower water was running cold for several days at a time.
What a wonderful stay at Seasons 8. Amazing building amenities throughout. Rooftop was a lot of fun for the whole family. The unit itself was well appointed with high end kitchen appliances and all the utensils and kitchen items needed to prep meals for the whole family. It doesn’t get any better in terms of the views from this place to the lake. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was indeed a treat.
This property was practically brand new. It is exactly how it is described and looks in the pictures. The unit itself was clean and very well appointed. The primary shower is huge and works great. Our favorite part was the rooftop lounge, outdoor patio, bar, and hot tub area. The view is stunning and the amenities were a huge bonus! Will be coming back for sure!!

The check-in was not good. We get to our room with the code we were given and the lockset was dead. We tried numerous times. Tried getting a hold of the management company and it was after hours. We texted the # we had. I could go on but it took about 45 minutes standing in the hallway after a 6 hour drive. The person we talked to was nice and she finally was unable to unlock the door and we walk in and it hadn't been cleaned. The beds had been slept in etc. No change-over had happened. The management company found a room next door and after more time we got in. The unit was beautiful as well as the view. They need to have people available after hours (it was 7 p.m. at night not late)
